the tension in the pacific is high, Japan is pose for war, but the US is not ready to face the strongest naval foce in the pacific in a head to head war.

with great promise and deceptions, holland, australia and russia, former allies of the US, allied themselves with the imperial japan... leaving the british fleet and the american fleet based in the philippines cut off from the head quarters at hawaii.
